Shipping for Gifts & Stationery

• Orders are shipped from our office in Yorkshire, United Kingdom.

• We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days from the time the order is placed.

• Please note we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

• Orders are usually shipped by Royal Mail at a cost of £3.50 per order. Larger orders may be sent via tracked courier.

• Please allow 3-5 working days for standard delivery.

• You will receive an email from us when your order is shipped. This will include tracking information if applicable.

Gift delivery

We offer a gift delivery service for £3.95 which includes gift wrap, a handwritten tag, and postage to a friend or family member in the UK. If it is general gift wrap that you require (maybe for a birthday) then the package will be sent out within two working days of receiving your order. 

 

If you would like to use this service then simply:

• order the item/s you would like to purchase (one order for each delivery address)

• select the gift delivery option

• enter your friend or family member’s address at checkout

• add your gift tag message to the notes section of your order.

Shipping for Hoodies

Hoodies are made to order offsite and take up to 14 working days to be delivered directly by the supplier. Delivery details will be passed onto the supplier but the same data protection guidance applies. Hoodies will be sent either by Royal Mail Signed For, or DPD. Due to the one-off nature of these products, exchanging for a different size is not always possible. If this is the case, a full refund will be offered. There is no gift delivery option for this item.

Returns & Refunds

We really hope you will be happy with your purchase. If any items do not suit your needs, or if an item appears to be damaged or otherwise not in a salable condition when you receive it, please contact us and we'll be happy to help - it may be that physically returning the item is unnecessary under some circumstances.

Any return should be in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt and, provided they are in perfect condition, we will be happy to offer a refund to the original method of payment, or an exchange. You have the right to cancel your order within this period and can do so by emailing at connect@soulwithaview.com. We regret that postage and packaging costs cannot be refunded unless the goods are faulty. Please return the item to:
